Service and free launch

The platform provides genuine experience reviews and business profiles. Available launch features are free. Payments and paid subscriptions are not enabled. Future pricing does not create a payment obligation. Benefits and eligibility for the first 1,000 businesses will be announced separately.

Accounts and reviews

Users must be at least 18. Verify your email and protect your password. Reviews must describe your own genuine experience. Fabricated reviews, self-reviews, spam, threats and disclosure of others’ personal data are prohibited. Do not include medical information or secrets in public text.

Moderation and business verification

Reviews, companies and replies are moderated before publication. We may request evidence, reject content or restrict accounts for violations. Appeal through support with the relevant URL and reason. Verification establishes a representative’s relationship with a business; it does not guarantee product quality, safety or legality.

Specialist businesses are assessed individually. Businesses must operate lawfully and follow the rules. Approval, ratings, traffic and indexing are not guaranteed. Payment does not influence scores or moderation decisions.

Content and responsibility

You retain rights to your content and permit its storage and display for operating the service. Reviews express their authors’ views. Beta features may change or become temporarily unavailable. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
