Data and purposes

We process account email, user ID and authentication data; business profiles, reviews, experience dates, replies, ownership applications and moderation history. Technical logs may include IP addresses and request information to prevent abuse. Processing is based on performance of the service terms and legitimate interests in security, review integrity and dispute resolution, and legal obligations where applicable.

Public and private information

Approved profiles, reviews, scores and replies are public. Account email, ownership evidence and internal notes are not displayed to visitors. Minimise information in ownership evidence and avoid sensitive data in reviews.

Providers and storage

We use Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email and Verpex/cPanel for incoming support. The database is located in EU Ireland; other providers and their subprocessors may process data in other countries. Data is retained while necessary for accounts, published content, verification, security or disputes. Retention is reviewed on account closure and deletion requests. Legal obligations and backups may affect complete deletion timing.

Cookies and marketing

We use essential authentication cookies, currency preferences and local storage for session operation. Marketing campaigns are not enabled at launch. Registration does not subscribe you to EFIKAZ, other projects’ or partners’ promotions.

Your requests

For access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, contact support@bizreview.pro. Rights depend on the processing basis; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the UK ICO or the authority where you live.
